I don't know if anyone else mentioned this yet. I think the HISS III is one of the first vehicles for the more eco-friendly packaging. Instead of plastic ties, they have fiber/paper ties. Rip It, the canopy, the instructions, and sticker sheet all came in wrapped paper instead of a plastic bag. That explains why they didn't have a window box for Rip It too. I think that is very cool!!

Spotted the Hiss 3 this morning at Walmart. Passed on it. On thing that was funny though is on the file card they actually gave Rip It a file name and Birth place.

What's odd about that? The original Rip It's file card also included his personal info.

The only thing that file card is missing is a golf reference ... and a lot of other things too.

Yeah, the multilingual aspect of the file cards takes up too much real estate and has ruined the file cards. It's disappointing.

Mismatched quinti-lingual file card sizes, which virtually no room for useful information... I agree with 46 Zone and wmichben, in that there is much need for improvement with these filecards.

Classified is tentative, though. The current design direction has evolved nicely, and has gone a long way towards giving me an appreciation for the earlier figures. That's definitely subject to change. The scale was tough to wrap my head around at first, but I've come to view them as a compliment to the Legends figures, rather than just Joes. Retro looked promising to start with, and I really appreciate the new molds from a construction standpoint, but the overall aesthetic? Well... Almost every Stalker I've seen has had some degree of misaligned face printing. Add to that the fact that Grunt and all of the Cobras have a highly articulated Playskool vibe, and it just kinda killed my interest. Practically overnight.

Came across another sealed case of wave 4. When I opened it, I noticed that all of the cards were warped/bent (so was the box). That makes 4 sealed cases of this wave that I have found at the same Walmart. Most cards were damaged to some extent.

I've already ordered but for me it's as much about seeing GI Joe on store shelves again. I want the line to sell well and be healthy because I want more figures of the same quality of the new Stalker, Grunt, and Blue Shirts.
