Initially I had no interest in the retro line, but after seeing Stalker and not having him as a kid, I went to my local Walmart and was able to pick him up yesterday! He looks so awesome I also had to pick up an A.W.E. striker as well!
I think I'll pick and choose which figures to get based on how they look to me. Stalker was a definitely gotta have. I love Storm Shadow V1 and V2, but couldn't bring myself to want to retro one, because even though his weapons are great he just doesn't do anything for me. Destro looks great, Duke the less said the better, Baroness looks nice! Scarlett I'm not feeling it. Not sure why the straps on Snake Eyes are so low amongst his legs and he'll be a pass as well. Roadblock looks good though! The trooper seems ok, and may pick him up if i see him on the pegs again. I bought one, but to give to my brother as he's collecting the retro line and wanted to help him out. Also picked up Destro and Roadblock for him last year and almost wished I had kept those two for myself, lol. Hate the look of that Fang and the Hiss tank seems good overall. Keep in mind these are my opinions of not collecting Joes since the ARAH and am now getting back into it. Am loving the Classified line and can't wait to see more of those figures. Hands down G.I. Joes were the best figures growing up and apparently still are. Never cared about Transformers much, He-Man was ok, Star Wars were outdated by the time Joes came around and TMNT were good, but not as great as the Joes and their vehicles! |

I'm very encouraged by the quality of Stalker. This is a great new buck for future development. I'm hopeful that the trooper buck is the outlier in quality and Stalker is the new standard. Looking forward to the future of this line again.

Not sure how long it will be up there, but Duke, CC, and LJ are currently $9.99 on walmart.com

Enjoy the Classified line!!! I'm sticking with my 4" Modern Era Joe's. I'm glad I can include this Stalker to my collection. Hopefully, the next few Retro figures will be just as good as him or better!!!

Welcome back to Joe!!! You sound like me about 12 years ago. My Step-son got me a 25th Rattler for X-mas and the rest is history!!!

I wonder if in this new upcoming Hasbro GI Joe movie stream, they are going to show any Movie 4" figures...

I feel like if they existed, we would have caught some kind of wind of it.

No way, they just referred as movie Joe's so no chance to show nor talk about Retro or standard classified...👍
