Man, I wonder. I surprised at how little has leaked on the retro line, or whatever it ends up being. Between fan sites and ebay sellers from China I figured we would have more details by now. I don't know if the lack of information is good, bad, or not a sign of anything at all.

But more importantly, these probably aren't slated until the fall to begin with. I expect marketing for Snake Eyes and Joe march in general to start picking up around August and September, so there isn't much a point in announcing that sort of product this far out. Again, were it not for people digging in Walmart's system, we wouldn't even know of these until later this summer.

i hope these are o-ring vintage style figures. if they are I will be buying all of them.. maybe even multiples of the army builders. cheaper than paying 50+ for some army builders. especially the BATs the vintage prices have gotten out of hand. a lot of them complete now are going for $100 for a common figure. its pretty insane.

Doesn't Black Major make affordable Cobra troopers? Or do you mean you like to army builded carded figures too?

I have quite a few of his figures in various colors but I don't think I've seen the original color scheme. Also "affordable" seems to be a moving target on those. Sometimes they are 25-30 depending on how late to the party you are.

I still hope it's a modern 3.75" line, but I also hope some of us get something we really want.

If it is a modern line, I may pick some up, it all depends on what they make. I'm not modern adverse, I just don't have the same desire for them anymore. All my o-ring figures are out on display and most of my modern figures are in a box in the basement. I'm probably going to sell off the majority of modern stuff sometime soon, at least the carded figures.
