I'm glad you got your figures man. I don't know if that makes the preorder and cancellation situation better or worse though. It gives me serious reservations ordering from them in the future especially when you look back at how frustrating the ordering was that day.

I don't think these things are getting scalped that much. If you look on ebay they are pretty much going for cost + shipping already, if not just a few bucks more.

The day those Wave 1 figures go back in stock, I get e-mails saying that my July orders of Snake Eyes and Baroness are backordered and may be cancelled.

If they don't ship, I'm done with this line. Not even gonna be mad about it, either. I tried.

I (re)ordered the Wave 1 this AM, and two hours later rec'd an email that my Baroness (from the day 1 preorder) was backordered.

Yes, total bullshit.
I don’t think this company or maybe companies (Wal Mart/Hasbro) understands the meaning of a pre-order. A pre-order should mean that you are guaranteeing yourself a product prior to fulfillment. That means you get your product prior to fulfilling retail.
The whole thing is absolutely absurd.
