Because their site isn’t delivering.
I ordered wave 2 from them the first day they were up for pre-order and it shows they may show up in January. So far, the WM preorders have been a total waste of time.

Many of us are still waiting on Wave 1 to be delivered after preordering the instant they went up. Of the entire line, as of this morning:
2 HISS tanks delivered
1 AWE Striker canceled
All 3 figures delayed but not yet canceled

Also, taking into account the transformers preorders I've placed with them, in my personal experience they fulfill preorders maybe 18-25% of the time at best.

Agreed.
I ordered Wave 1 figures the day they first went up for sale and they were never fulfilled.
I cancelled that order a few weeks ago after finding all of Wave 1 at retail.
The only figure I haven’t found at retail is Scarlett.

So how many of you guys are troop building or want to troop build the Hiss drivers. If so how many do you have or want? I want 12 and just got another two today. I only need one more for my goal!

I've all but shelved my interest in this line for the time being. Walmarts around me never have them so I'm done going out of my way to look. Of my pre-orders:

One 1 of 6 Wave 1 figures pre-ordered delivered (Storm Shadow). The other SS was cancelled, all other figures postponed.

Both HISS Tanks delivered. 1 AWE delivered, 1 postponed.

I'll pay attention again if/when any of the pre-orders actually ship, including wave 2.

I’ve got two, and I’d like two more so that both driver and gunner positions on both my tanks are filled. I’ve left one in red to be a tank officer and painted one blue for the regular tank crew. With the amount of new tooling costs they need to recoupe on this figure I hope we see him carded in the future.
