Well, I can finally get that Destro SKU to work on Bricksee. My local Walmarts show "out of stock," but at least they have the SKU in their systems.
I can't get either Scarlett or Roadblock to come up on Bricksee. Anybody know the actual SKU? The Walmart # on the website don't work on Bricksee. Jason

W2 Destro is a sunbow repaint of the 2014 50th Destro.
RB has a new head (Classified RB head), but the rest is a repaint of the 3-pack Ret. Rockblock with limited leg articulation. The webgear is from the 2010 Resolute RB. Scarlett has a new head (best ever ME Scarlett head made by Hasbro), Shooter/female Cobra officer torso and arms from 2016, 50th Lady Jaye hands from 2013 Night Force LJ, and legs from ROC Helix. So all in all, you are getting a few new parts, but most of these figures are old parts. Good thing there are not too many 25th parts.

Can't stop thinking about how perfect the A.S.P. would be for this Walmart G.I. Joe Retro line of vehicles with figures... It would be like printing money!
So I asked my younger child tonight to draw for me an image of what he imagined the box would look like on his computer, and this is what he came up with: Maybe Hasbro is already at work on this project, retooling this vehicle for the modern action figures. If not, they can start on this now, and have it ready for summer sales in 2021.

Do you think Hasbro should look at maybe making figures vehicles from the later 80s and the 90s? I feel like the early parts of the same characters and vehicles keep getting made over and over (although I guess when you are literally using the same figures/tooling that is going to happen...)
Maybe it's time for some Eco Force, Sky Patrol, and Star Brigade! (Yes I know the Club did Eco and Sky Patrol) |

I mean a lot of it isn't that hard. You can honestly repaint the AWE Striker and get the Eco Striker!

DG Joes ended because because they got too expensive to produce for the price point DG wanted them to be. Last 5 years has seen Hasbro move away from "standard" retail products for that market, in favor of newer, cheaper products. The Transformers Authentics line uses the "standard" characters, but with FAR fewer parts and paint. Hell, most places like DG and Family Dollar don't even regularly stock "Titan" figures, they've transitioned to cheaper 3 PoA figures!

Id rather have the crappy face app than a baroness that resembles the bad guy from Last Action Hero.
