No he’s saying $9.99 with be the 5 inch/6 inch line of 7-9 POA that’s geared towards kids like the current Marvel Gamerverse and the low end Avengers line. Those are $9.99. $12.99 is their price for highly articulated 3.75 figures like Joe retro and Star Wars The Vintage Collection. He’s saying it’s a 5/6 inch kids like Marvel has for $9.99. I agree with him. Hope I’m wrong.

Is there somewhere in the thread that which shows what molds were used in the retro line? For example, what Baroness was used or is it an all new figure? Just want to make sure I’m not buying something I may already have. Thanks!!

Every carded from wave one is is a rerelease, albeit with minor differences. The SE and SS are pretty great, if you don't mind the lack of SE's commando head ( I don't). They were the ones already rereleased in the 50th 2-pack. Based on the pics I've seen of Baroness though, still not a great figure... she was also last seen during 50th, and I'd argue that there's not much of an improvement, though some may disagree.
The AWE and HISS drivers are new.
Destro from wave 2 is a 50th repaint, Roadblock and Scarlett are built from existing pats but have new heads, the godawful Fang Pilot looks to be all new (and also looks as though they hired Lanard designers to make it).

So far, it's a line to be severely cherry-picked on my end.

Baroness is the 2009 25th Baroness from the 3rd 25th Cobra 5 pack. She was released again in 2016.

Well, I can finally get that Destro SKU to work on Bricksee. My local Walmarts show "out of stock," but at least they have the SKU in their systems.

I can't get either Scarlett or Roadblock to come up on Bricksee. Anybody know the actual SKU? The Walmart # on the website don't work on Bricksee.

SE is the POC V54 SE from 2011, and released again in 2016. This Retro SE is missing the commando head, which came with both previous releases of SE.

Sorry, the 2nd release of Baroness was 2014.

SS is the Renegades SS from 2011, and later released in 2016 with SE above.

Crankcase has a new head and helmet, but it uses the torso and arms from 2009 Shipwreck, and the legs are a combo of 25th figure parts.

HISS Driver has a new head, webgear, upper thighs and feet. The torso and upper arms are from the POC shock trooper, and the forearms are from ROC Zartan. The lower legs are from the 25th hiss driver.

Can't stop thinking about how perfect the A.S.P. would be for this Walmart G.I. Joe Retro line of vehicles with figures... It would be like printing money!

So I asked my younger child tonight to draw for me an image of what he imagined the box would look like on his computer, and this is what he came up with:



Maybe Hasbro is already at work on this project, retooling this vehicle for the modern action figures. If not, they can start on this now, and have it ready for summer sales in 2021.
