Ooh. I bet the toy companies are upset that stock isn't making it out to the sales floor in a timely manner. My ex-wife and her boyfriend both work at Walmart and they've said that the toy department was really suffering regarding replenishment for a while due to staff shortage and other departments were being prioritized. I remember there was a span of a few months where the toy departments looked barren, especially the action figure aisle. They look better now but I still can't find anything other than HISS tanks.

Two of my local Walmarts had multiple pallets of toys sitting out this weekend and I combed through them but all I found were more HISS tanks AND there were already stacks of them on the shelves. So I am not sure what's going on with the retro or classified figures now. All I know is that 2/3 of my retro pre-orders are still delayed and I have to imagine my wave 2 pre-orders will eventually be delayed as well.

They can't really "get mad", but what they basically do is just kinda light a fire to get stuff out on the shelves. "oh our bad", as they suddenly hustle. Big reason these reps are sent out cause this stuff happens all the time at certain stores so they got to rattle the cages. Typically doesn't involve anything other than, oh hey you should go get this on the shelf or you need such and such.

I must have missed this news, but is Puma is now confirmed 100% as LJ? If so I'm all for it. As others have said, I'd love a new head sculpt but I'd likely re-buy the 50th version just for the card back.

It would be good if they could be told, or at least recognize and report it back up the chain, that these failures to stock the shelves with product are common place and the lack of sales was not because the 3 and 3/4 community was not supporting the lines (25th; RoC; PoC; Retaliation; 50th as well as the Marvel Universe lines). It was because we could never find the products on retail.... and now can't get them through preorder as well. We had no choice but to purchase items at discount retail stores or even on the secondary market (if they ever made it to those outlets). I remember hearing comments about how 3 and 3/4 fans don't support there line, yet could never find items on shelves. The thought was that items were sold out, but it was that mixed with the lack of products in the shelves.

I like the 50th head sculpt. Just as long as the paint apps are better.

If LJ, I would hope that the head is cast flesh color.

Available info and deductive thinking may point to puma being LJ. But I'm thinking it will be gung ho, purely based on my own speculation. I wish we had prop betting on all these retro releases...

I know my brother has found wave 1 and an AWE Striker in Missouri (MO).
