So, check this shit out: I cancelled the preorders for the AWE and HISS I placed when they first went live way back when because I found them in a store, and what do you suppose arrived in the mail today? A goddamned AWE Striker! No HISS though...I'm sure that's showing up tomorrow.

So, if anyone wants to trade me a Retro Scarlett for an AWE, just LMK.

It all evens out though. For example, I'll never get the one Retro Scarlett I preordered, but folks who ordered multiples will get theirs. It's all but guaranteed. It's like how scalpy fucks who don't give 2 shits about GI Joe beyond that they're currently the hot item to resell will find multiples to slap on ebay at ridiculous prices, but I'll never see one in a store.

Got my AWE Striker delay email an hour ago, now expecting them to cancel any minute now.

They're in stock according to Brickseek at a store near a gym I train at on Thursday nights, so I'll hopefully get it tomorrow and be able to cancel my online order.

Just got the ship notice for the AWE Striker and Storm Shadow, Wal-mart says the Baroness and Snake Eyes are processing and the HISS was delivered yesterday. I pre-ordered the G1 reissue Blaster and it's had three delays since August. I expect it to be canceled anytime.
