I haven't really bothered looking in a Walmart for any of the Joe figures for a while. Any time that I've looked I haven't found anything, so I've just said "fuck it" and resorted to eBay whenever there's something that I want. I figured the few extra bucks I pay are worth avoiding the aggravation.

That said, maybe I'll go take a look tomorrow, but since I'm in New York we're the last ones to ever get anything. Probably a waste of time.

I'm really pleased with her. When Classified came around I assumed that we would never get an update to the v1 Scarlett, and I really appreciate Hasbro throwing us a bone and giving us one with the Retro line.

Right there with you. They're cheap enough on the secondary at this point that if I don't specifically need something only Wal-Mart has, I don't go.

I hate that place. I've always hated that place.

Here i was, being perfectly happy with my 50th Destro, but the retro one just looks better. I'm not 100% sold on the grey paint apps, but the rest is a solid upgrade.
That skin tone on his chest looks more like skin than his old skin tone. But someone should seriously tell the guy to put on a shirt.

Thank you to everyone who posts pictures of the new stuff. I won't be getting mine until december it seems, so it's nice to see what to expect.

It's pretty gross, yeah. The people it attracts are typically of the lowest caliber. Target is like a Beverly Hills store in comparison.

Trust me, retro Destro is 10,000x better than the 50th version. The paint apps can't even be compared. His chest is no longer piss-stained yellow, yes, but it's also the little things. The grey boots/belt are very nice details and his grenades and wrist rockets look so much better now.

And I'm not even a fan of Destro (he's a dick to Cobra Commander, my favorite Joe character by far), so if I'm gushing over a Destro fig, you know it's 100% legit.

I agree. And also Retro Destro's legs aren't all bendy looking like the 50th Destro.
