I found these today at the Cypress, Texas WM. That brick seek showed them not in stock anywhere around me, so I wouldn’t trust it.

Now that I have them in hand, wow those are some flimsy cards! They feel like knock-offs.

Found them in my neck of the woods (Quad Cities, Eastern Iowa). Only a couple Snake Eyes and a Storm Shadow left. Like everyone else I already have these versions... but I've been getting Joes from Walmart since I can remember, so I'll be damned if I stop now! Grabbed a Snake Eyes; it's certainly inferior to earlier releases, but buying a G.I. Joe in store again was fun.

Mixed feelings. Extra gun, which is nice. Should have had the v2 backpack (best SE backpack). Should have had the second head. The packaging should have been like 25th, with the smaller bubble with accessories better packed behind the character.

But those are small complaints. Overall, 7/10. My excitement at finding it at the toys, at cost? At retail? Effing priceless.

It's my understanding they don't update a quantity until someone scans at a register. They are getting the data straight form Walmart.



I have used this site extensively. It is pretty accurate at first, until theft starts happening, or stock gets lost or scanned in multiple times by accident. From my experience, it will update online 1 to 2 hours after a scan at a register.

So what does that mean? If a store is listed but it says out of stock, then does that mean they do not have any, or it means that they have some, but it wasn't scanned yet? Why would his store list out of stock, but still have some? Sorry, bit I don't know the ins and outs of Birdseek. I just know that none of the stores around me have these figures.

When all of the stores in your area get stock, even if they 'accept it' in the system at the store, it will still show out of stock. Only once someone scans it at a register, does it actually show up on Brickseek as in the store. So someone is going to need to buy one of the Storm Shadow figures at your local store, for Brickseek, or even the Walmart app to start showing it's in stock at the local store.



But once they show it as in stock, they will continue to update the number automatically even when they get restocks.



So you can't use Brickseek to know to go get the very first figure at your local store. But you can use it to know to go get the second figure at your local store, assuming they don't sell out immediately.



If Brickseek shows there are 5+ of an item in a store, and there are 20, I might go buy all 20. Then it will take 1 to 2 hours before Brickseek, or the Walmart app registers it is now out of stock.



My recommendation, check Brickseek randomly. When you see it show in stock, go buy what you want.
