Black serpentor is probably the best, with more flexible fingers. Though my original never had such problems--I was older by that time--they were still breakable in the wrong hands. I love how they just stick the Flagg in a corner, like it's "oh and this too." The impressiveness of that playset was its selling point. No Haslab. No Matty counter. No big reveal. Just a small photo in a catalog. This baby sells itself! Loved those catalogs. You never knew what surprises they held.

Those were the days!

Yeah, man! That's another reason I dig the Spin Master DC line, the fold out product catalog pack-in with the figures. What a nostalgic rush.

Oh, also, TNI had pics of the Retro line at some Hong Kong toy show and the Baroness' face definitely looks pretty sharp compared to past versions of that noggin.

Yes, the paint apps have improved. Can't wait to see the other figures faces.

They need new molds or at least new heads / builds. Please don't give us Renegades Scarlett or Yellow and Green 50th Duke.

Yeah, I'm also hoping for a good Scarlett, since I want to finally have a decent headsculpt to use for my MTF or BFS build! It's a shame that the first lady of Joe never really got a "perfect" head.

True. I'm still trying to come up with my own "perfect-enough" head for her and the truth is, I'm kinda sick of it. It's been over a decade of dicking around with this.

I think the Renegades Scarlett head was a really good one, but in my opinion, it's not so much the head that's the problem, it's the paint apps. And I'm basing my opinion on the 50th Lady Jaye. On the 50th Lady Jaye when she was just a Concept Vault figure that head was awesome but once she was massed produced...well, we all know.
