Someone having been frozen in ice since the 80s asks, "Why are these GI Joes so big?"

I actually need to order two retro Storm Shadow figures next time they are available in the Walmart app since I originally pre-ordered one... I indeed pre-ordered two of the sweet Zartan in cartoon colors!😀✌️

I'm pretty much over the carded figures at this point after the Pulse shipments. If I get any in the future it'll only be to open unless these companies get themselves together and learn from customer complaints. |

Finally did the chat thing with Pulse about the improperly packed Walmart retros. It took about 15 minutes to get a rep but overall the process wasn't bad.
I was issued refunds without having to send anything back. But I really don't want them so I guess I'll just stick on eBay. Lesson learned: Never waste time with emailing customer service and go straight to chat. Out of 4 emails over the course of almost a month, I never got a single response. You're supposed to say "Now I know!"
;) Glad you got it sorted.

Do you not want the figures because you desired Mint on Card? I got a response from Hasbro on Wednesday of this week. They apologized for the delayed response due to abnormally high volume.... bla bla bla. My email to Hasbro was much nicer than my approach with Walmart since I don't want to alienate the manufacturer, who critically allows us to bypass Target and Walmart. Yet, because the last thing I wrote was the recommendation making the cards stronger in the future, that is the only thing the rep addressed and responded with we can't talk about future releases. No wonder they have higher volume of message traffic! Poorly designed higher priced limited collector items that were improperly packaged and then customer service fails to address the key reason for the email. Carded figures shoved into a box that was too small. Honestly, how do these people still have jobs? This is reaching the territory of gross negligence. Unless there are reports that these carded figures are in a mailer box or on hardened cards, it just is not worth the frustration. I have a ML Silver Samurai that was sent in an Amazon envelop has been opened, repacked and moved twice that looks than any of my attempts from Walmart or Hasbro. This is an actual case of Hasbro killing enthusiasm for GI Joe.

Might as well after fighting with them for a month. |
