Ugh! I hear ya brother, I hate phone calls to customer service too. It's really disappointing that Pulse is doing this now. I know we're beating a dead horse, but shouldn't the official Hasbro toy sale site be the ONE e-tailer that prides it self on customer care and satisfaction for toys and collectibles? And one that we can count on to be reliable for? I guess not. Hasbro should be ashamed.

5 days is crazy! The only thing I can think of is they are getting inundated with a flood of returns and complaints with all of these retro Joes. Not that it's any excuse for them. I assume other toys they are shipping out are also suffering the same issues now too?

Each auto reply said they're having a higher volume of traffic than normal. So the poor shipping could be part of it.

It looks no one was ready to deal with these retros. The ones I got that were multiple in a box survived ok. Because they used a bigger box I guess.

If you ordered just one figure please let us know how it goes. Hopefully there were enough complaints that they fixed the issue.

Each of mine were free shipping btw. Well I guess partially free because of premium. Not sure if that makes any difference on how they decide to pack them.

I have free Pulse shipping too. They shipped Lady Jaye alone and she arrived in minty shape, as did Gung-Ho and Destro which they shipped together.

My Walmart figures were all trashed, regardless of shipping as a single or multiple.

Yikes. That?s unfortunate. I didn?t expect them to ship this month (regardless of what the WM website said) but May seems so far off. I guess it?s still better than the Target Tiger Force/Python Patrol delay.

My two that shipped together were good also. The three individual ones were shipped in the same size small box they actually pushed down inside it to "fit" lmao. Still can't get over that. Maybe I had the same moron ship all those orders.
