Still no reply from Pulse. How many days does it normally take?
They must have a shitload of return traffic or something. Even Aliexpress gets back with you faster than this all the way from China. Within hours. And I don't have to pay them $50 a year for better service. Last edited by Trigger2K; 08-22-2022 at 03:32 PM.. |

So far, all of my Pulse Retro orders have arrived in excellent condition. Lady Jaye was first followed with both Gung-Ho and Destro arriving today. No crushed bubbles, mutilated cards, etc. They haven’t shipped out my Baroness yet.
I still need to return the damaged ones I don’t want to Walmart. |

Customer service at Pulse doesn’t seem to be great. I’ve reported an order lost in the mail twice now and still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been almost a month.

Customer service is in a death spiral all over the place.
But Amazon just took the door prize. This is just the final act. Yet, the opening moves were equally fantastical and infuriating. The same order, depending on which page I was reading in my account, had a wildly different status: Main account page showed it had already been received by Amazon for refund. The individual order page still needed to be returned by X date but without the option to print a return label or request UPS pickup. Tracking showed the item hadn't been delivered yet. I hope nothing is released or shipped from any store until October so all the gremlins can get run out of the system.

No specific address, just the name of the town. It also said the item weighed 9 pounds when it was less than 1/2 pound. I opened a ticket that was quickly closed, saying I received the item. Then I looked at the seller's feedback and a ton of recent negatives appeared saying the same thing. They got confirmation it was delivered but they didn't get anything. I fought with eBay for a week just to get refunded before finally getting someone competent who understood what I was saying and investigated. I got confirmation from UPS that it wasn't delivered to my address but they had to hear that from UPS themselves. Turns out the seller was somehow using other people's Amazon tracking numbers to make items appear delivered. Or maybe the account was hacked but I never got any type of response from them. |

I just noticed this in Hasbro's return policy:
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. You will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs. Does that mean they make you pay to send back damaged objects? If so I'd be better off opening these two and selling them on eBay. |
