Did everyone drop to a flat number? Perhaps they are resetting or rounding folks trophies due to the new tiers? I lost several hundred trophies and got reset to a flat 3000 overnight

Got to try the Iron Grenadier using the survival event, they are awesome, I hope I can unlock em, no luck so far

They said that would happen in the announcement. Everyone above 7000, no matter how many more than 7000, has been reset to 7000. The highest rank they have is Lt Col now. My guess is there will be room to bring in higher ranks/tiers since they left room on top.

I wonder what would that mean for the PVP rankings, since everyone was reset to 7000. Another funny thing is, if you check the PVP overall ranking, the #1 guy/gal is "Snake Eyes", and he/she is only Level 4, his/her base has practically nothing, but yet he/she has 31000+ trophies.

A quick note for anyone still confused or unsure of what happened.

The new Skystorm/Iron Grenadier event started several hours late because of a problem with App stores. This version 1.2.0 is a major update (needing a fresh App store update).

They introduced new tiers.

Later that day they reset everyone's trophies to the nearest (lowest) new tier trophy amount. So if you were at any trophy number over 7,000, you were reset to 7,000.

Alliance rankings were not reset because apparently (contrary to what the devs told me) alliances do not loose overall trophy ranking.

Cargo Shipments have been boosted. For example a Bronze box use to give 15 cards, now it gives 24 cards. Titanium boxes use to give 126-127 cards, now they give 228-230 cards.

HQs HP have been readjusted. Battles will be difficult if you leveled your faction HQ faster than you leveled your faction units. Battles should not be terribly difficult, they will take longer, if you raised faction HQ slower and kept pace with your faction units.

Outback, Ironjacket, Scrap-Iron, and Shrikes have been upgraded from event only status to regular status. You can now earn these units from cargo shipments.

Trophies from battles have been modified. If you fight an opponent one or two levels beyond your faction level, they are worth +75/-5. Opponents 3 levels or higher than your faction level are worth +100/-0. Those might be the only battles you should care about. Anything less and you should probably just fight your highest campaign battle for trophies.

The new Spec Ops portion of Survival is not available yet. Sometime soon.

We can now view other players bases.

Liking the changes and liking the new added difficulty in missions, the game was way to easy before. Now actually finding a challenge to defeat some opponents.

No wonder battles have been difficult for me, I've been upgrading my HQ as my priority, I figured that'd make my HQ harder to defeat. I guess I need to let the rest of my units catch up.

Do you know anything about loots you get from PVP battles? I noticed you no longer get what the opponents on your map offers, sometimes you actually get more than what that opponent is supposed to give you.

Also, I noticed if I click on an opponent on the map more than once, the loots reduces! Why is that?
