I don't think they necessarily take EVERY comment to heart, but I'm sure much of what is said is at least listened to, if not necessarily implemented. After all, we miopic group of fans on this Messageboard do not a large community of toy buyers make. Hasbro has to consider what will appeal not only to collectors, but also to new buyers (i.e.- kids), international buyers, first time Joe collectors who may develop a longer term collector, etc. In other words, we ain't it folks. As hard as that is for many of us (myself included at times) to hear. |

Yes, I am sure Hasbro has reps check all the major Joe boards which includes this one, they definately want our feedback, this is how changes are made outside of cons. Even He-man.org, where MOTU product is currently very minimal, still has Mattel's presence checking in regularly, the mods have said as much, it's the company's baby, even when it's not in full swing...So with how hot Joe is right now, I am sure Hasbro has a few people checking in from time to time, on the consumers day to day online thoughts, rambles, dislikes, praise, etc. ...it will only help for them to better their product & furthur the brand.

it looks like his chest and arms are the same as roadblocks...and maybe even the same head under that helmet. it didn't work for roadblock, so maybe it won't work for copperhead either.

That said, they do read the boards (they even referenced Joecustoms in a Q&A response to another site) and they also respond to fan bitching. Quite a bit more for this line than the previous Joe lines, actually. Fixed crotches? Remember those? |

Hopefully, Zartan err....Major blood will get a redo. Theres no need to rush him out. But I sure wonder who else will be getting this treatment? Im sure Hasbro has someone reading the boards. It would be stupid not to. But it would be stupid of us to think they will always listen. We know better. |

Hasbro does read what the fans have to say but only listen to constructive criticism. Why waste time reading fanboy rants?
