There’s no info on that. I’m guessing either nowadays or an indefinite generic past like Bumblebee: A Transformers Story or Joker (which says a lot about society).

They've already started production, and this isn't an SFX heavy movie (compared to say, Star Wars or Transformers). There's no way its delayed a full year.
