The thing was way over priced to begin with. I bet they had 0 sales on that monster.

They are $130 or $140CDN up here (couldn't remember if it was $130 or $139). I finally saw it at TRU in person for the first time yesterday and boy is this thing heavy! I really do want it but I can't afford it (space and money-wise).

I don't believe I have heard anybody who bought one say anything bad about it but I could be wrong. I thought somebody on here had the TRU and Target sales information for the PIT.
I have bought one and I know that my TRU sold out of their initial 4 they got on July 4th and now have 2 more in stock.

I have yet to hear about a Pitt sale but I would not be surprised if one comes down the line. I would expect Target to be the retailer to put it on sale.

With the ROC stuff, I love to play the "Do you think I want this?" game with my girlfriend.... The PIT was a clear loser all around.

I don't know if I'll be able to get one once cost and space are figured in, but after seeing the reviews here and then actually getting my hands on the box at Target, I know I want one.
I'm really holding out for a massive clearance in a few weeks, keeping it in my trunk, and then sneaking it into my house under the cover of darkness. |
