But Fallen it only makes sense that they would offer a scaled back version of the H.I.S.S. Tank because Hasbro didn't have to put up any money for the tooling. Yeah, that?s exactly how it works. The tooling costs chew up the most if any budget, action figure tooling alone can be around $70k-$120k but once they?re made the price to reuse that tooling lowers significantly and it is basically turning the machines on and paying the factory to run some units. And the more units produced the cheaper it is.

I?m more than happy for the Hiss Tank tooling to be used again, it will just set a precedent as no other HasLab offering has been rereleased with a different deco. Mattel Creations did it with the Ultimate Scale WWE rings, crowdfunded one and rereleased it as a redeco, but I don?t recall Hasbro doing it.

I?m all for a cheaper Hiss Tank release as a fan channel, in black, blue, red, white or whatever.
