Looks to me that most of the figure is the same as the wave 1 release but with that new logo on the vest. Might be the lighting but the helmet also looks a bit darker.

That's actually a very fair realistic assessment of what he'll do. Calling Dorkside out is a guaranteed client loss.

If Bobby does anything it most likely will be to be silent. If not, Bobby has an easy answer by blameing Dorkside's mismanagement.

Though I honestly don't really see Dorkside recovering from this.

He had no issue calling out BBTS and risking client loss. In fact, they seem to still be getting new stuff from him so obviously it didn't affect much.

I'd suspect if Dorkside is going under Bobby will start selling these on his own site.

Can definitely see him having more "exclusives" at his own store or maybe on the Amazon store they just started up. He can also approach EE to see if they would like to sell his product. With everyday of not hearing back from Dorkside customer service about the steelbrigade mix up is convincing me that Dorkside is going under which sucks for people that have their only preorders with them. I can imagine many people preordered Action Force Wave 3 at Dorkside since you can get 1) Free shipping for spending X amount, 2) they don't charge your credit card until it's about to ship (Vala charges you the moment preorder from his site, 3) Dorkside has generally gotten Action Force products before BBTS. If Dorkside goes under before Wave 3 comes out, people are going to be scrambling to BBTS since Vala closed preorders for Wave 3 weeks ago.

Please excuse my defective memory but didn't the Fortnite "Not Firefly" figure predate the release of the GI Joe Classified Series?
