They are really tall in the comparison images he's already shared. They will be much taller than the shorter Classified females.

It'll add some variety to the figures if displayed together, just don't think we'll be able to use the Gear Packs with Classifieds/Legends (though I'd love to be wrong about that).

Interesting that he's using a bigger factory for Wave 3. The problem with that is that a small toy company has no leverage and any time there's a schedule crunch with one of their major clients, the smaller clients get deprioritized. Or they can get another big client which takes up their bandwidth and suddenly they aren't interested in doing business with small companies.

This is what happened with Super7 when they tried to pick up the torch and continue the MOTU and Thundercats lines that Mattel started, using the factory that Mattel used and continues to use. It seemed like a good idea, after all, Super7 had no experience making modern style figures, so they wanted to keep as much continuity as possible. But it turned into a nightmare as Mattel started hammering that factory with projects that kept it at full capacity, forcing it to neglect clients that were less important than Mattel. Schedules slipped, quality control slipped -- it was almost like they had unpaid interns working on the Super7 stuff. They didn't want to continue doing business with Super7. They wanted them to go away and they got their wish.

It seems to be going okay for Bobbby. Maybe this factory is in a lull and they need smaller projects to keep busy. But I wouldn't count on that lasting forever. It's just better in the long run to have a factory that is scaled to your company.
