The movie figures where a whole lot better. I got Blanka, E. Honda, Ken Masters, and M. Bison. I did buy a few G.I. Joe none movie versions. From those I bought two versions of M. Bison, Dhalsim, Zangief, Vega, and Balrog. I'm not sure which Sagat I have.
Out of the movie figures I looked at on Yojoe I would say I like the Vega and Balrog from G.I. Joe I got better but as a whole the movie figures are better. If Hasbro does a SF II theme I hope they use new molds. I would hate to see the none movie figures repeated. I don't think we will see Rose or Ibuki since they are Alpha and/or SF III characters. I would like it a lot better if they stick to the SF II version of Cammy if they use her. I always liked that version better than the Alpha 3 version.

Sagat is the same mold so the GI JOEs SF II line and the movie versions are the same , just the pants are different colors, personally the SF II colors are better as thier the classic sagats colors Vega from the movie version was a brand new mold with a removable face mask so I liked it better than the GI JOE SF II assortments as that one was just a repaint of Banzai with a new head, and this head didnt have a removable face mask. So I like the MOvier version better Dhalsim from SF II gi joe assostment was the same mold too but the movie version had a wierd lab coat and Purple Pants, so I like the GI JOE SF II version better as the colors are his classic colors. Their the same mold too I really want to see a SF II cammy done too along with Fei long T-hawk Dee-Jay, as they were pictured on the Box of the Shadolow HQ and was planned before the assortment was cancelled sadly M. Bison Movie edition ( thier is two new ones ) both of them I liked a lot better than the SF II GI JOE assortment one too as again that was only a new head and BOTH movie versions were completely new molds one of them reusing the head from the gi joe one which was perfect anyways |

I bought the microman chun li and sakura figures and they immediately replaced my Movie edition chun -li though as ya they can be done better. and with the new sculpt stuff they could be done a heck of a lot better . I would love to see the ones you mentioned too, that would be awesome Ryu is the one I dont have and is supposedly super RARE, however him along with Ken Masters were probally the least desirable and well done figs out of out the whole range, they were much better than thier SF II versions but still just not as good as they could be with the new 25th design and sculpting I was able to find all the others though ONLY AT KAYBEE at clearance so ya I think they were rare as I looked everywhere for them and couldnt find them until clearance at a kaybee where I bought tons of each LOL New molds are a must for this line. I can see some frankensteining for generic parts, such as Scarletts shoulders as Chunli's shoulders, et al. Most of the line, if not 75% would have to be new. Heck the benefit of this is that if they are sold for the same price as the anniversary figures, they will be roughly 1/3 the cost of current SOTA figures! I want to see 5 pack battle packs. Like the gijoe anniversary joe and cobra sets. For example: Super Street Fighter II Turbo set:Fei Long, T. Hawk, Dee Jay, Cammy, Akuma(variant is Shin Akuma). base:SSFIIT logo Classic Bosses:Bison, Sagat, Vega, Balrog, Clear Purple/Blue color change Psycho Crusher Bison base:Shadowloo logo I have a feeling the top 2 leading winners in the poll will be made. BTW comic packs w/2-3 figures as well as Udon comics would be GREAT. *add to the fact that Capcom is making a remix of Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Udon is redrawing ALL OF THE SPRITES to match their current comic book!* |

And of course majority new molds, and costume accuracy. For example, the girl figures would have the same articulation anniversary Scarlett has, same construction. Guy figures would be constructed like the male joe figures, same articulation and such. Thats what I meant. |

I totally agree with what your saying, I think we are saying the same thing just using different english LOL that is what I hope , is that they fit in seemlessly with the others, but to be honest despite SF winning the pole I will be super surpised to see if it happens |
