Man, I am all about Road Pig, Viper, and Zartan. The rest are just icing on the cake, but I'm down for anything I can get my hands on.

I'm really glad they're doing Barbecue and Low-Light. Won't have Sgt Slaughter but atleast the rest of the team will be complete. Absolutely love all the Sonic Fighters figures, especially the Viper. I loved that figure back in the day.
But I am very disappointed with all the European figures. Those are a waste, those have always been a let down. Why not SF Major Bludd, SF Dial Tone, a real TF Tripwire and TF Dusty. The European figures and the two new characters don't fill any holes in the ARAH collection. But atleast Coils o'doom might pass for a 92 Firefly or 93 Heat Viper with a little work. Oh well, atleast we're getting a bunch of Sonic Fighters. |

I’m so happy to get these figures. I was hoping for more tiger force! I think they look great but I do wish they at least painted Zartans cycle in sears colors. Missed opportunity on that one. Only other complaint is that we got another Falcon but not in Original colors. Come on man! Anyway, The new carded Lampey officer looks amazing. I used to hate those fluorescent colors on Joes but now I love em. Great work club you will be missed.

I don’t know if the Club has a contractual limit to the number of figs they can produce a year, but if I were them I’d blow it out preorder style. 2 weeks to order Ninja Force Snake Eyes plus pal, 2 weeks for this, two weeks for that. Since they will lose the license (for real this time), suck out all the marrow they can while they can. Really blow it out and keep a small % in reserve which they can eBay at their leisure later. While they have the keys to the playground, they should burn it to the ground. One could even argue they have a responsibility to do so (if they have the option).
Now that the Con is over, go go go! Last edited by Bubbavader; 06-25-2018 at 05:55 AM.. |

I think the Zartan looks great, the bike looks to possibly be an absolute killer and the TF barrage is a good idea in that it helps a certain sub team. Sure, there were other opportunities, but they chose one that very few people have in vintage form, so it gives them the opportunity to add something to their collection they were unlikely to ever have, which I believe is what the club is meant to do. I have no attachment to the SF line, but they don't look terrible. Now, let's sit back, grab some popcorn and wait to see who gets produced missing a body part and whether they ACTUALLY ship out the heads as promised.

Man that Ninja Force Zartan is sweet.
The Finale 12 are hit-or-miss for me. What are the combos? Are they listed somewhere? I want Irish S. Terry O'Type, the Adventure Team dude(have the rest, so complete a small set there), Road Pig. Can live without them all to be honest. Just really want that Zartan. |

Tiger Force Tripwire
Tiger Force Dusty Night Force Lightfoot Night Force Sneak Peek Slaughter's Marauders Sgt. Slaughter I get what you guys are saying and I do appreciate that perspective, but the above are the missing subteam members from the '80s and they didn't deliver on any of them. At least three of the above could have been done without a single mold change from the regular version of the figure, and the same goes for Sgt Slaughter but we understand the licensing issue that may exist there. Lightfoot is the only one that would require some mold work to do decently and could rightly have been nixxed if cost was the issue. They could have readily included the other three and still had the room to complete SF in this set, and that would have been fantastic -- a little something for everyone, instead of completely avoiding the MIAs from the '80s. Dusty, Tripwire, & Sneak Peek would have been nice I'm wondering though if there are some problems with Tripwire's mold. We haven't seen it in a while.
