For Fast Draw helmet why didn't they go with Wild Weasel helmet or Steel Brigade helmet?

I'm really surprised the Club thought Blowtorch's facemask was the best option when there are so many equally as good or better options. Think it was just a case of having a bunch of extra Blowtorch masks lying around that were a quick paintjob away from completing the figure? Or could they have gotten any of the other pre-existing helmets just as easily and they just have bad taste in what looks good for Fast Draw's helmet?

It doesn't matter if a figure doesn't sell. Hasbro doesn't buy them back to repack it repaint. All figures are made brand new.

When the Club talk about using "available parts", it doesn't mean that these bits are all lying around in boxes somewhere. They mean they have to use the existing part moulds that are already tooled. Every Club figure is still manufactured from scratch in a factory somewhere, like every other action figure you can buy in the shops.

Ok, based on previous figures from the club, we know they have availability of certain helmet's and other accessories... So still I see helmet's from other club releases that could fit much better to Fast Draw than the actual choice from Blowtorch.

I think the helmet of Battle Force 2000 Maverick could fit Fast Draw better...

Well I was in for FSS 1-7 guess Im down for 8. Not sure I like what we've seen so far Fast Draw feels kinda lazy. Red Laser I coulda lived without but I guess it fills a whole on my shelf. And Grid Iron isnt bad...but its never been my one of my favorite characters.

Red Laser is about what I expected. He is a great representation of the original in modern form, but he needs to be accompanied by more Red Shadows.

Fast Draw is a disappointment with all the BT parts, but at least the Club used a different head underneath the mask.

Yeah. What head? That helmet/mask combo has come with 2 different heads. One is blowtorch, and the other is the Red star head that was on AOCI Ripcord/Altitude. Any "new" head will probably be a repaint of either of these 2 heads. They are too small imho.

My guess is they'll just reuse Blowtorch.
