The only thing at Toyfair this year that I am looking forward to is, hopefully, Hasbro showing off the Star Wars Vintage Collection line.
Maybe if we're lucky they'll show off a SDCC set for GIJoe at Joe Con. But I get the feeling there won't be a GIJoe SDCC set this year. |

I am hoping to see a decent line-up of new Black Series figs. I know they've shown pics of Dengar, 4-LOM, Tarkin, Tatooine Lando, but I want to see some Solo stuff, and hopefully a few figs for beyond that. You know what I'd love (and I know this is far-fetched). A pilot 4-pack, even if it's a Gamestop exclusive or something. I don't care if it's a named character pack, like Wedge, Biggs, Arvel Crynyd, Nien Nunb, etc, or just X-Wing, A-Wing, B-Wing, and Y-Wing pilots. Hell, I'd take a Paige or Tallie from TLJ. I love Star Wars pilots...

I'm pretty sure Takara has not, but I believe Hasbro has revealed their MP releases at ToyFair before.

ToyFair is pretty much always a let down for 1/18th fans these days. Here is what I'd expect in this scale:
Hasbro Star Wars Vintage Collection Maybe some Marvel 2 packs for upcoming movies Funko whatever new license they won't finish, another alternate color batmobile exlusive (up to 5 so far) Would love to see 2nd wave for Batman 66 Super7 Painted figures for Planet of the Apes Finished Alien wave Repaints of previous figures to milk more cash from me That's probably about it. As someone said earlier, the excitement for this scale is pretty much on kickstarter now. |

I can't confirm that they never have, but TF is not where they typically reveal new product. Those reveals come mostly from Hong Kong/Japan shows as well as through online sneaks, factory leaks and official reveals. ToyFair is mostly U.S. based companies and I believe began as a showcase for Hasbro product that then went wider and now encompasses a ton of different companies.

Hasbro has shown the US versions of MPs at Toyfair, but for the most part we already know they're coming (because the Takara ones come out first, then an asian leak will confirm the figure is coming to the US with slightly different paint/colors/etc). |

I'll miss it though, as I'm now trying to find the "dropping stupid money on the unreleased Hobbit figures" line. |

I also weep for the Hobbit line and pray somehow Boss Fight or 4H can get the license for a new line with the Amazon series.
Star Wars Vintage Collection may be the only 3.75" news to look for. |

No doubt. Just think of the awesome troop building you could do with 1:18 scale LOTR/Hobbit figures!!!!

Oh man... my son has mild autism and loves the Hobbit movies. We got all the 3.75” stuff Bridge Direct released, and then waited patiently for the rest of the damn Dwarves to come out. Many a meltdown ensued when I had to tell him they weren’t going to finish making them all, especially because there were pics of them. He made me email, snail mail and try to call the company!
