I never read the comics and never watched the DIC series. Can someone come up with a list of comic characters and DIC characters that meet the following criteria:

1. Member of GI Joe
2. Never appeared in action figure form
3. Is not part of a sub team

The price hasn't changed much since the last FSS. Shipping only went up slightly. You save a lot per figure if you order 3 subs. If you order 4 and 5, you still have decent savings. After that, the per-figure price drops at a much slower rate.
