That figure was actually released in 2004 and, according to his filecard, he's the "son of the original G.I. Joe team commanding general." So he's not Flagg Sr.

Whoops, that's what I meant. I always thought it was Sr. though, considering the other figures in the pack and the comic itself.

come on, you guys are old enough to remember this. Hasbro goofed and made a mistake. The filecard may say it's Flagg's son but it's the father. After all the comic pack is based on ARAH issue #5.

Heck Hasbro made the same sorta mistakes with probably half of those ARAH reissue filecards. Especially on the multipack sets.
