I think it would be a fairly straight forward kitbash and paint... 50th Flint/Firefly torso, with Lift Ticket arms and legs.

I feel there's still a possibility we may see some product in some form, however limited. These are a strong indication that there are still gears churning in the development sector. It is frustrating to see these alongside what appears to be a very passive interest by Hasbro in this franchise, especially when Joes have consistently sold fairly decently since the 25th run

Considering the unified color schemes, this looks to me like it could have been another big set with four figures and a couple vehicles, like last year's HISS/Skystriker sets. There probably would have been a retail version and a convention version with some changes, thus the alternate versions of Action Man and the two different colors (in the art) of the Ice Viper.

Action Man has been incorporated into GI JOE a couple times now. Would have made allot of people happy to have included him.

Note: sdcc set is just figures and cardboard. |

Wow!!! Thanks Brock!!! That Action Man is pretty cool. Hopefully, there will be more released. I could see maybe pulling the trigger on the snow serpent if it's not too bad.
When looking at the art pictures from before, I wonder if there will be a V2 RnR soon from VK. We were told by the club that the membership figure will be different than what that pic showed so I wonder if we will be seeing the RnR prototype with the POC Dusty body soon.

With Wild Bill and possibly an arctic Stinger driver, kinda seems like it would have been another 2-vehicle, 4-fig pack like the Below Zero set...though I would think one would want to tap into a different venue such as sea, desert, jungle, or even space since we already got an arctic taste with Below Zero. These are great to see and wonder about!

No kidding. They cut everything! I shoulda said they remind me of the vehicle sets from 2015, not last year. My bad. Doesn't mean it couldn't have happened again. The unified color schemes, limited paint apps, and alternate versions of characters just remind me a lot of Silent Strike/Crimson Strike - more than they do the recent figure 2-packs.
