i'm ok with this figure , the only bit i'm not fond of is the goggles as they look more like a pair of sunglasses and nothing like the ones on the original figure , I would have gone with the 25th dusty ones instead (as used on the club's own tiger force fellino figure), other than that , he's acceptable , I don't have so much attachment to much after 1994 so i'm not as bothered by how they look , 83-94 is my concern , and action force , I await captain skip with great anticipation.

I'm amused by all the complaints about the webgear.
A) Its on backwards in that photo. (The straps go in the back) *EDIT: apparently they're not the only ones, went to google Images, and literally every picture of the original figure or custom has the webgear on the wrong way. Am I the only on who read the insert or something? It made sense cause of the buckles are usually on the front, at least when I did it, I thought it looked more like the front. I might have read the instructions back in 2003 when I got the original, but for some reason, I always felt it goes on this way.

Yeah, it's a vest, not a bra. The insert was wrong.

Shitty figure! I honestly don't care in this case as I think the original figure looked just as shitty with and without the bra.

And if you google most military vests, they either zip in the front, or strap in the back. As this one uses straps, the straps should indeed be in the back.
Original figure packaged it with straps at the back. Second figure had insert showing it goes on with straps in the back. Comparable real vests have straps in the back. Specifically the Sniper vests used by the US military. Sniper Team Vest (70s or 80s. Unclear) US Army Tactical Multicam Sniper (2000s +) If you prefer them in the front, I can't change that opinion, but it is incorrect. |

No sorry, it's the 25th Anniversary Dusty/ROC Pit Commando head. I wish the POC Dusty head/Dollar General Duke head was used instead though.

Are you guys kidding me?! This absolutely sucks!!!
That is the comic pack Vietnam SS web gear, way too big to fit properly! The goggles laying on top of the boonie hat...the Kwinn belt that doesn't fit...the random neckerchief that looks out of place like an exposed dickie. TERRIBLE!!! |

So the one time the POC Dusty head would have been a good choice, they don't use it?
