One more final thought:
Honestly the timing on this just kinda sucks with the first payment coming due right before JoeCon. I mean I personally have a pretty generous toy budget, BUT even so I'm getting stretched pretty thin. In terms of collecting/conventions the last few weeks I've paid for: airline to Joe Con, final payment on FSS 5, Celebration Exclusives, deposit on my hotel for SDCC, preorders for Power-Con tickets/exclusives, preorders for Masters Classics from Super7 not to mention all the Marvel and Star Wars stuff hitting retail right now. Now there is going to be this FSS 6 payment followed immediately by going to Disney World/Joe Con 2 weeks later--why do they do that when they know they are competing with themselves by doing this? And as bad as June will be with paying for everything at JoeCon plus the FSS (plus whatever else pops up) for me personally July will be worse since that's SDCC and that's an event where I end up spending a good 5 to 6 grand every year. The timing this year will definitely effect how many FSS subscriptions I order. Early on with the FSS I was picking up 9 or 10 subscriptions because I like to troop build and wanted extras. Then around FSS 4 I cut it back to 7 and for FSS 5 I cut it back to 5. I was going to up things back up to 7 sets this year but with this bad timing of being literally right before JoeCon and one month before SDCC I'll probably only be able to do 5 or maybe even have to knock it down to 2 (one carded and one to open). It's probably really going to depend upon how that WORM officer looks and rather or not I feel I need multiples of him.

Does that hood come off or is it attached to the coat?

In fact I like this lineup a whole lot. Except Vorona. Not interested, although I bet she will look great, I would have preferred Munitia. However these are the figures I would expect the club to make. A little light on Cobras, but I hated troop builders in the Sub. The 3 pack model is a way better idea and something we have all wanted for years.

Attached, it came with this Snake Eyes: Snake Eyes (Arctic Assault) - G.I. Joe Database
It's a horrible choice, given how bulky it is, when the ARAH figure had a more snug coat. They could have used the Airtight torso and Snow Job hood. |

Nice. I just may have to copy your idea.

Here is where these characters placed in InspectorZartan's most-wanted modern-era Joe poll which ran through June 2016, ending with 64 winners ranked.
http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...odern-era.html #11. Rampart #12. Cross Hair #21. Sub Zero #42. Dojo #46. Hardtop #48. WORMS Didn't place: Ghostrider Gullotine Weren't even nominated: Night Stalker Commander Captain Skip Windmill Vorona So, yeah, a third of these figures don't even occur to hardcore Joe fans over about a 6-month timespan of running a poll. To be fair, this shows half of these are sincerely wanted by collectors.

Maybe they wanted to reissue his sweet backpack. Holy cow, was that thing chintzy.
Probably this. In fairness, I do think the Funskool version's colors are more attractive. The original is pretty garish. So about them releasing Hardtop but not Payload...this makes me suspect that the con set next year might be Star Brigade. |

Yes, I've seen it. Another big reason for the club to do that one is that Hasbro would NEVER put out the pink one at retail, but Hasbro has done Volga at retail before, so they very well could do Vorona. |
