Revolution is looking good!
Though I suppose in ARAH, Zarana is still following Zartan around like a puppy, and no Zandar. -sigh- -yawn- |

all i can say is that the following opinion is just that... an opinion from a guy most people disagree with... BUT i am enjoying arah over the past two months way more than the revolution "mess". i still believe that years from now, larry's g.i. joe continuity will be rediscovered and appreciated for the uber-serial it is. in the past, most comics i bought got cancelled. everyone made fun of me BUT later those titles would become popular. i loved grant morrison and bought all his DOOM PATROL issues out of a fifty cent box, i bought his ZENITH for nothing, i collected his SKRULL KILL KREW FOR FIVE ISSUES UNTIL IT WAS CANCELLED (MANY WILL ARGUE THAT IT WAS INTENDED ONLY AS A MINI-SERIES) but in an interview in hero magazine, grant told readers what spoilers he could about 6-12). peter david's captain marvel, invisibles from the first issue... e.s.p., gang, and i got it. so, enjoy REVOLUTION" BUT DON'T BE SURPRISED WHEN HAMA'S CLASSIC SERIAL IS DISCOVERED IN THE FUTURE.

ARAH cover looks good.
I am still on the fence regarding the Revolution thing. I will probably pick up the trade paperback whenever it is released so that I can give it a chance. I liked MASK when I was a kid, but I am not sure how well that will integrate into the GIJOE mythology. We shall see.

i have always been a joe fan but this revolution revamp is leaving me cold AND overwhelmed. i will continue trying to support it but only if hama's ARAH continuity continues. i know many of you don't enjoy the classic continuity nowadays but i swear 234 was a great solid issue. btw: i saw people saying they write idw but get no reply. have you tried the address in my signature?

i like the art but i like my joe with some sci-fi and ... i trthfully am still going to buy this new revamp but ARAH is my canon. the revamp has already made mistakes, it has a lot of sci-fi, i DO like the art. i don't like the idea of idw's original revamp is supposed to be the same continuity as this one. i don't want to buy half these titles but feel the cross-overs will be regular. i REALLY feel for the tf fans who had a great revamp going and now gets shoved into these out of order revolution titles. i don't know if i will be able to keep up with it all BUT i REALLY hope hama's ARAH doesn't get replaced by this new continuity
