Is it only this figure with the white arms that has broken? Are their other figures that have snapped out of the package? Maybe it's a white plastic issue?

Mildly threatening and demeaning tone...it's like they don't even care about customer loyalty. I don't care what he says, it's not my over excitement that broke my figure. It broke coming out of the package. I'm nearly 40 years old, I know how to handle things delicately.
All he needs to do is have replacement parts, he should have done that as part of the process. But instead he wants us to return the entire figure and replace it... of course that's not going to work.

It happens, he should have built needing extra bits into production, I highly doubt they made EXACTLY 2000 of these.

Yeah, I don't like the sound of that response much. If the factory had a problem with the materials or tooling, it happens; that's not a knock against him or the quality of the design or workmanship that he needs to personally defend against.

I agree. I had a friend that got his in today and I ask how he liked them and he said three broke and two he’s afraid to move for stiffness. I don’t think if your going to take someone’s money for a product that it is our responsibility navigate quality control issues then be offered replacement parts from another line or not get replacements at all, and then be ok with it. He spent close to $300 |

Low-quality figures as fragile as the original DC Injustice line: just one more argument in favor of polybagged figures rather than carded figures!
You know, for a split second when I read the "we may have to reconsider the return policy for this event" part I actually thought he meant that they would cease requiring people to mail the broken parts back in order to get replacement parts. That policy always smacked of distrust/greed/laziness in the first place so I thought this was a move to acknowledge that there was a more widespread problem with their product and that they wanted to shore up customer confidence by standing behind their product. I thought that... Then I remembered who I was reading from and realized he was instead trying to dig the hole ever-deeper. His business partners really need to muzzle him. He seems to find a way to stick his thumb in customers' eyes at every opportunity. Do me a favor and don't claim it's "our fault" or that it's a change in KS popularity if their wave 1.5 KS is a flop. This guy is soooo off-putting and their post-kick performance is unimpressive thus far. They'll be lucky to get whatever repeat backers they actually get at this point.

After reading these comments I was glad I hadn’t tried to open any of my figures yet. When I do I’ll probably cut the bubble away from the card and immerse the whole thing in very warm water. I didn’t like the guys attitude either.

I posted a message here a few days ago warning of the broken elbow on my Badlands Vigilante (Blue plastic). I too am hesitant to send back the entire figures for one or two pieces. (My Sharpshooter had two left hands).
I like the idea of replacing the forearms with MTF parts instead. The results look good, BTW.

Also, I ordered the Boot Hill Loot with the brown coat, cream hat, white collar, purple neckerchief, and bottle from the BackerKit. It was numbered G*5 on the BackerKit. The same item was numbered A*5 on the Kickstarter, and A*5 on SmallJoes site. The one I received was G*5 with the shotgun, saddlebags, knife, sheath and gray belt. I tried to contact JE Russell months ago about the issue, but got no action.
Has anybody else had this problem?
