I believe the Outlaw Rider is Josey Wales: https://chickenfriedtoys.com/product/outlaw-rider/ This is the Town Tamer: https://chickenfriedtoys.com/product/town-tamer/ I was thinking his colors reminded me of DC Comic's Jonah Hex, but I wasn't sure if it was something else. Kind of like saying "hey, look at this thing that is obviously inspired by this other thing that i just figured out, but should probably NOT say anything about it, because I could end up getting it cancelled but I am going to anyway because I can't exercise better judgement and it's all about MEEEEE!!". You know. Like one does. |

Sorry, but that is not going to happen anytime soon. These things happen in a progression of stages. If you miss a preorder, then you'll just have to wait and see if there are enough left to put up in the online store. There is a reason on this side for closing preorders, and it's important, but not for the public to know.

I hear the same comments about building the classic BLV from parts, until it's pointed out that you are getting two complete figures, and a pile of heads and extra parts for the costs. It's a nice wagon, and a good piece of engineering, but would it had not been easier to just buy the 1:16th Franklin Mint Chuckwagon at the end? |

It might be better to lower the prices but increase the minimum quantity before the production will occur.
...snubbing PayPal customers until the final day or two in order to save (let's say) a half-percent on payment processing fees also seems rather shortsighted. Penny wise, pound foolish. The reason for withholding Paypal is that payments with them have to be processed right away. That means someone who orders immediately will have their cash tied up potentially 3 months (in this case) longer than someone who waits until the end. We are aware that we have product out that needs to be delivered, but since memories are short ($250K KS delivered in 2 yrs, 6 mos), guarantee of delivery is always called into question by a few. Rather than face that unpleasant scenario, we are trying something new to see if it will work. I have had several conversations with others in the business about just this topic, and was encouraged to go this route based on their experience. |

Wild Bill Hickock is the inspiration for The Shootist.

Is there a complete list of which ones are “inspired” by? Not too familiar with the West but love these figures. I sure hope Cowpoke makes it into the line someday.
