Zap, Ace, Doc, Eel, BAT.
I think it'd be best to build off the words that have a letter in them. Then the 3-letter one will be a piece of cake. 13 letters is the longest one. Possibilities for the O word: Roadblock Footloose RockNRoll Tollbooth Countdown ColdFront Knockdown SnowStorm PsycheOut Charbroil Lightfoot Over half of them have O as the 2nd letter, so maybe look for 7-letter O-starting Joes next. Outback might be the only vintage one. Which means either Zap or BAT is the 3-letter figure. Another possibility for those 3 is Lightfoot, Iceberg and Eel. And I don't think there are any more with vintage figures at least. There are 3 11-letter Joes and a 12 and 13. That might be a smaller group on the Joe side, but a lot of Vipers might be covered by those. Below I'm making a list of high-charactered characters. 10 HeavyMetal SlipStream LiftTicket Starduster Skystriker Ghostrider StaticLine Pathfinder MajorStorm Cloudburst CleanSweep HISSDriver ViperPilot MajorBludd WildWeasel Copperhead StratoViper MotorViper TechnoViper RoyalGuard CrocMaster Gnawgahyde HorrorShow A bunch more Vipers...leaving out recent club characters too... 11 StormShadow Leatherneck SteamRoller BulletProof Thunderwing DoubleBlast DepthCharge HollowPoint SwitchGears PitCommando SnowSerpent CrystalBall Headhunter CoilCrusher Annihilator SludgeViper Incinerator JungleViper 12 CrossCountry SgtSlaughter SteelBrigade SuperTrooper CaptGridIron GeneralFlagg MajorBarrage CobraOfficer CobraSoldier CrimsonGuard DrMindbender NightCreeper Monkeywrench 13 MajorAltitude IronGrenadier ShadowTracker We can rule out Cobra Commander, Nemesis Enforcer, Colonel Courage and Ice Cream Soldier for being too long. Based on the above, the E word can only be Leatherneck or SnowSerpent. I'll lean towards the latter since we just got Leatherneck a year ago. The S in Stiletto can only be for StormShadow. But then I can't find a figure that could then fit in the first horizontal row under Stiletto with that O and either the N or the C. I need more 11-letter Joes to complete the S and E word and the word they both connect to in their 2nd-to-last letters. All 3 of those are 11-letter words but I don't have ones that match, 6-letter possibilities: Clutch GungHo Spirit Cutter Alpine Fridge Taurus RedDog Mercer Falcon Dodger Recoil DeeJay Ambush BigBen TJbang Mirage Banzai HiTech GIJane Sparks BigLob Raptor BigBoa Wraith Zartan Buzzer Ripper Zandar Zarana Destro Ferret Voltar TARGAT Clutch, Cutter, Destro, Voltar, Zartan or Raptor could lead into Storm Shadow. 8-letter possibilities: Scarlett WildBill Tripwire LadyJaye KeelHaul Barbecue Airtight Lifeline DialTone Claymore Maverick LtFalcon FastDraw Chuckles BackStop Windmill Wildcard Skidmark Repeater Hardball Blizzard Downtown Dogfight Freefall DropZone Bullhorn Altitude Airborne BlastOff SureFire Kamakura MedAlert IceStorm SgtStone NightFox Tomahawk Baroness IceViper SAWViper Overlord Overkill Cesspool RedNinja BioViper Predacon SubViper PitViper AirViper SnowWolf NeoViper IronKlaw Thrasher Zanzibar WildBoar Undertow IronBear These are the only possibilities if the 6-letter is Clutch, Cutter, Destro, Voltar, Zartan or Raptor: WildBill Wildcard WildBoar Bullhorn Chuckles Scarlett DialTone Claymore BlastOff KeelHaul Freefall IceStorm IceViper Overlord Overkill Predacon DropZone BioViper SnowWolf NeoViper IronKlaw IronBear |

So what unreleased concept vault figures could fit in the puzzle? Does Big Lob fit in there? Just some questions that come to mind.
http://pulse.hasbro.com/en-us/news/a...lmost_revealed Here is the link to Pulse announcing the puzzle. Why is None in bold. Does this mean figures never before released in ME format? Idk.

Can you post a list of all the unreleased concept figures? I have a solution to the puzzle, but there are several slots where multiple names are possible. So I could change my answers to favor concept figures.
Big Lob is in my solution now. This is my solution. Almost any name only connecting on one letter can be substituted for something else. BAT can be Zap, Overkill can be Freefall, Heavy Duty can be Countdown, Sludge Viper can be Jungle Viper, Cobra Officer can be Night Creeper, etc. My biggest doubt is on Double Blast and Cyber Viper. I'd love to change Cyber Viper to Laser Viper, but I can't find anything else to put in for Double Blast. That's the only name I could find that could match on anything that connected to the S and E in Stiletto. This solution has 8 Cobras and 10 Joes, so that ratio seems plausible. It also has 4 core characters, Duke, Destro, Storm Shadow and Snake-Eyes, plus 3 top-tier troopers, BAT, IG and Cobra Officer. The return of Destro and SE seems plausible since we skipped them last year. A redone Duke would be in high demand. And Storm Shadow could probably get by with a repack of the Ultimate. 2-packs: Duke vs. Destro Snake-Eyes vs. Storm Shadow Heavy Duty vs. Iron Grenadier Airtight vs. Sludge Viper 3-packs: Stiletto, Rock 'N Roll, Cobra Officer Double Blast, Outback, B.A.T. SDCC: Big Lob Wet-Suit Overkill Cyber-Viper UPDATED ALTERNATE SOLUTION: 2-pack assortment: 3 Duke vs. Munitia 3 Rock 'N Roll vs. B.A.T. 2 Outback vs. Jungle Viper 2 Mercer vs. Cobra Viper 2 Stiletto vs. Zombie Ninja 3-pack assortment: 4 Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow & Red Ninja 2 Heavy Duty, Iron Grenadier & Cobra Officer SDCC: Scarlett Zartan Last edited by JediJones; 06-09-2016 at 05:28 PM.. |

I was thinking 6 down could be Roadblock as well. Like Renegades Roadblock? And Footloose will work there as well.

It could be. My solution pretty much hinges on the fact that they lost the rights to Roadblock again and have to call him Double Blast. Plus I feel like concept Rock 'N Roll is really likely to come out, maybe recolored to be more like v2.
