I am still very fond of this variant cover from the Devil's Due America's Elite run.

I generally love Jamie Tyndall's work, but the Scarlett cover does nothign for me - just some really odd proportioning and over-sexualization of the character. Seriously, why does she have like J cup breasts but her left arm is a twig?
The Tony Harris and Alex Cal covers are probably my favorites. |

I'm guessing this is the issue where Scarlett snapped her neck? With due respect to Phil Noto and J.S. Campbell, here are my top 5... 5. Special Missions #14 - Side by side in battle with her best dude. #14 In From the Cold,Special Missions,G.I. Joe Comic Book Archive 4. ARAH #9 - Classic look by Trimpe and over the top action! #009 The Diplomat,G.I. Joe A Real American Hero,G.I. Joe Comic Book Archive 3. Special Missions #11 - In her eyes, we see that even a highly trained warrior is still a vulnerable human being. #11 Sheep's Clothing,Special Missions,G.I. Joe Comic Book Archive 2. ARAH #144 - Captures the raw emotion of SE holding his beloved with the classic "Pieta" pose. #144 Snake-Eyes: The Tale Untold,G.I. Joe A Real American Hero,G.I. Joe Comic Book Archive 1. Year Book #3 - An action-packed over the top 80's movie action pose. Yearbook 3,The Yearbooks,G.I. Joe Comic Book Archive |

Marvel 63 was one of the best. Of course it's mostly Snake Eyes, but there's a great Scarlett on that cover.
Also Marvel 136 was pretty killer.

I'm also on the Marvel 63 bandwagon. That and Yearbook 2 (no Scarlett on that one) are the two that always first come to my mind. And I don't even care much for Snake Eyes!
