Man I've never seen those. I can see how that Super Joe line and the Captain Action Figures would fit well together. If you then have a wave of the more Space Themed "Adventure People" like X-ray man and Clawtron, that will be quite a lineup.
Are you planning on some of the more non-militaristic Adventure People down the pike? Also you guys did a Buck Rogers set didnt you? I would love a Tigerman again in 4inch scale. Did you pick up any other Remco licensed products? Sgt Rock, Crystar, classic movie Monsters?

an interesting read , in the 70's we only had action man and never saw anything like this , only the "weird" stuff like , bullet man , intruder , captain zargon etc .
I understand that you obviously have a business plan for the kickstarter , however , if you sold a head set for say , the same price as an individual figure , you might get a lot more pledges . just speaking for myself , I might be persuaded to buy 1 just for the heads but I would like to know in advance the shipping/packing costs as they are not displayed. International shipping for one figure is $15.00, and $25.00 for the full set of 6 figures. Quote:

Yes, we did the 8" Buck Rogers figures. More licensed properties are something we'd like to add to the Adventure People mix, and Buck Rogers would be an excellent choice. |

Captain Action 1966 Comic Ad | JOEADAY.COM It's the Captain Action mini-comic that came with the original CA in 1966 and features a story of Captain Action/Action Boy fighting an alien invasion by changing into various superheroes, handing out guns to the populace, and throwing a lion at the aliens. Seriously. It's full of trippy Silver-Age goodness. |

So just to be completely clear since this may influence the amount I would pledge on this Kickstarter: the heads are not going to be compatible with ME GI Joe or Marauder Task Force figures?

Correct, the heads are not compatible with the ME GI Joe or Marauder Task Force figures. However, the accessory pieces that Marauder is putting out like the vests and helmets are compatible with these figures.

We've had a lot of people asking for an army builder figure and I think we've come up with a pretty cool one, Captain Evil's Henchman! The single purchase price of this particular figure has been lowered to $20 dollars so that backers of the "Super All In" pledge level can still get a discount by adding it to their existing pledge. We're also offering the figure in a 5-pack army builder set for $100. These dollar amounts can be added to your existing pledge through the pledge manager. All of the purchase details will be finalized via the backer kit surveys that will be sent out at the end of the Kickstarter, assuming funding is successful.

New Super Duper All In Set!
In an effort to simplify things a little more moving forward I've created a "Super Duper All In Set". This set includes Captain Action, Captain Evil, Action Jackson, Jet Jungle, 2 Captain Action color variants, and a Captain Evils's Henchman 5-pack army builder set. That's a total of 11 figures! If you've already increased your pledge amount to cover the cost of purchasing all of the figures listed above there's no need to do anything, you're covered This pledge reward was primarily made to simply things for new backers.
