It's still rough, but I am working my way down with the armor...
The hip armor separated from the support material part way through so it didn't really print on the left-hand side...

Whoa that is looking good! Are you using the wrap function or boolean-difference in blender to get those fits?

For the belt, I grabbed a copy of the waist scan and deleted everything except the vertices in the belt area, then I scaled them to zero in the z-axis to get a pancake with an outer perimeter of basically the belt area. Then I traced a shape around that, extruded it vertically, solidified it, and booleaned the armor panels onto it. Easy peasy. For the thigh armor, I tried a direct boolean with the leg scan but Blender vomited all over the place and refused to give me a clean boolean form that way. The topography just wasn't clean enough on the scan and I'm garbage at re-meshing to quads so I just ran with it. The boolean halfway worked though, so I had to dismantle the model and clean up all of the areas that ended up with "knifed" versions of BOTH geometries instead of an actual "difference." If you've fought with Blender booleans before, I expect you know what I'm referring to. Anyway, it was tedious and took a loooong time to clean up but I did it. I did some reading and it seems as though a recent build of Blender has a much-improved boolean so I'll need to try that out some time. I'm still rocking a very old version of Blender. So when it came time for the forearm armor, I just decided to extrude a circle up through the wrist hole, scaling it in steps as I went, then attaching it to the armor shell at each end of the resulting tube. Then I added two lattice modifiers, grouped the interior and exterior vertices separately (one lattice to control the interior, one to control the exterior), went to wire frame view mode, and used the lattices to stretch the interior and exterior parts separately with a scan of the forearm right in the armor piece so I could eyeball the interior gap and then get a pretty constant material thickness all of the way around. It took two test prints of the forearm armor to get a pretty reasonable fit that way and it was faster than cleaning up a partial boolean mess. I'm still fighting with the thigh armor trying to get a good basic fit. Presently, it's too tight of a fit and I am using a hot water bath and basically stretching the softened thigh armor piece over the MTF thigh to get it into place. I'd like to skip the hot water step in the future. I haven't tried a shrinkwrap modifier yet so maybe I'll give that a try next. Thanks! I hear the kids these days are more into "smashing" the like buttons. But thanks for your support. I'm going to assume that's for me, so:
