Do Marauder heads fit on the 1/18th Marvel figures, even the movie ones?

With a dremel and green stuff epoxy(and maybe Rowsdower's MTF/BFS neck adapters), compatibility should not be a problem.

I'm waiting patiently for my biggest order yet from Marauder inc, a gang of bodies and gear for different custom projects. 3 week minimum delay they said.

GI Flow, I appreciate the info, however, I'm not a customizer. In this particular case, I was looking at the Hydra Attack Trooper from the First Avenger toy-line. I like the body, but would like to simply pop a Marauder head on it.

You can pretty much expect that *NO* toylines have insta-swappable head/neck engineering except for MTFs and the Dime Novel Legends that MarauderJohn gave permission for them to copy, and BossFight/Animal Warriors of the Kingdom that got similar permission. Hasbro isn't even compatible with themselves within the same toyline, much less with other lines they make or other manufacturers.

If the head hole is too small to fit in the wanted post, you can drill into the hole to fit the post.
If the hole is too big, you can coat the post with vaseline. Then fill the hole with some hot glue from a glue gun. While the glue is still hot, place the head on the post in the desired position. Hold it there until the glue sets. Then pull the head off, shave off any excess glue, wipe off the baseline, and you are set.

Looks like they're catching up on orders, one that I placed 2 weeks ago shipped today.
