I've been part of every Marauder kickstarter but see myself buying a lot of the Vietnam era. Not because of the Vietnam war but that era really matches ARAH Joe. Can't wait to customize an OG13 with Vietnam uniforms

Curious why you think they'd do a Delta trooper when Delta didn't exist until *after* US involvement in Vietnam...?
An SASR trooper seems an outlier option, another outlier option would be NZSAS or another RNZ Infantry Regiment soldier. Wild-ass theory: South Korean or Thai soldier. Both had forces in Nam... |

Once you have the VC and NVA troops it’s a different colored scarf and a Mao hat away from being able to do Khmer Rouge and Pathet Lao fighters as well.

Seeing some questions, further clarifications from what I remember of the images.
US. LRRP Solider - think uniforms like "Classified Snake Eyes and buddies" Vietnam images in GI Joe comics. U.S. SEALS - think images you see of Seals on River Raids and working the Mekong Delta. Weapons include a Stoner too. |

I noticed your guy's conversation. Did they release the images of the vietnam kickstarters?

Good notes - you didn't miss much. Except listing all the freebies we handed out and the BBQ dinner. Unofficial poll - should we look at doing something like this again?
I do believe the ultra gear will be modular just not the bodies, like WWII. The thigh swivel will be designed so it doesn't look odd when not in the perfect place. Second neck articulation was mentioned as well, but all heads swappable. Wrist articulation is all new - I sort of understand it - but have not seen it yet. Ankles will be similar. MJ really wants to make ultra - ultra realistic and ultra poseable. Also making sure everything is forwards and backwards compatible as possible. I am trying to talk MJ into Black Multicam as one of the initial colors for ultra. Try to convince him for what I talked to him about - Chimaira but in red and black, aka Shadaloo troopers camo from Street Fighter movie in the nineties... Great bad guy colors for Wrath projects. Another cool figure would be an Air Commando, the predecessor to the PJ. As for weapons, we could see some of the following:
M3A1 M16A1 M1911 M21 Model 37 Ithaca M40 M60 "Pig" Stoner 63A M72 LAW M79 CAR 15 |
