I got one of the Swamp Fighter figures with the 3D-printed boogie board. The quality on this part is great. It's very smooth with no visible lines, just a slight grainy texture. My main grievance is that the backpack peg is just a bit too fat to fit into the backpack hole. That said, the material of the board is softer than the material of the torso, so if you work at it long enough the material of the peg will start to grind away so that it will fit into the backpack hole. You could also sand it down instead. Since there's no tooling to worry about they should be able to tweak the size of the peg slightly for future prints.

Oh, and possibly another future spoiler, but my freebies this time were some more new WWII weapon variants; a Luger, Thompson, and M1 carbine made out of either black or very dark gunmetal (EDIT: they're gunmetal) with brown wood paint accents. (I also got a solid black Grease Gun a few weeks ago.)

I'm officially jealous then. The post office almost always does me dirty on my MGR orders. I received a shipping notice earlier today from last order, so maybe this time they will take pity on me. :-)

I'm used to two weeks in processing and then 5 days in the post, but a couple weeks ago I placed an order at 11:00pm PST on a Tuesday night, and had it in my mailbox that Friday. (It may have spoiled me a bit, as I'm now feeling indefensibly impatient for an order I placed last Wednesday that's due to arrive tomorrow.)

My shipment from a few days ago (that was marked as delivered but wasn't) showed up a day or so later. I was hoping that moving closer to Marauder would shorten delivery times but my post office is having some issues right now.

Ive become so disconnected from MJ and MTF. What are the current for delivery of the Nam figures, Ultra, the mythical new heads, etc?

The Marauder 3rd party post service seems to have much quicker transit than what Amazon uses.

Maybe yours was delivered to wrong address then took some time to work back into the system for correct delivery.

Someone in this thread within past few months said MJ said the new heads weren't affected by the big switch to prioritize Vietnam stuff since they were already far enough into the process.

A few new things should arrive yet this fall - then focus on Nam for next year, Ultra on hold to ensure Nam done in time. Heads are not that mythical - i have a set of flesh colored prototypes somewhere around here.
