Staring at my black Contract-Ops pants and looking at the website's red dress shirt has me suddenly thinking about original Star Trek. Some of the heads could pass as Capt Kirk, Spock.

Thought I was 0 for 2 with MTF hats/helmets fitting on intended head, until I looked inside the LWH Helmet and saw the two protrusions in the inside front and realized you pinch the front and back while placing it on the balaclava head, then it fits and stays on.
Just to be safe, I'll only order hats/helmets if I see a pic showing it on the head I intend to use. I thought I wanted more puzzle piece stands because of the appeal of connecting them, but I like the WWII "ice cream stick" stands better since you can peg both feet down. Too bad those can't connect like puzzle pieces. Very impressed by the guns so far. Very finely sculpted and feels solid, rigid, didn't get curved in the mail transit. The only thing is I'm afraid I'll lose the tiny bits that come apart like ammo, scope, grip. |

Also as I have many times before - I will try fitting parts for you if I have them. I usually post onto my FB page as it is far easier than here. But just mention it and I will try to show you. I may not have all the exact color combos - but likely an example or 2 of most every part. Always happy to help.

What I wish the MTF site would have is something that shows you what certain combinations of torso & legs, etc would look like. One head I thought looked bad from an angle actually didn't look bad from the front. |

What glue do you recommend? I have Gorilla Wood Glue and Tamiya Limonene for Gundam polystyrene kits.

The biggest issue is the lack of fully-clothed plain hindarms. The only Trek guy that wore shortsleeves much was Bones. They also need mid-calf pants, which I've been using Joe parts tucked into the boots.

Thanks for the glue info. I'll look for Gorilla Super Glue, hoping there's some precision applicator. I'm guessing apply some to the base of the peg so it contacts the opening of the hole and not oozing out the other end of the hole.
Anyone use rubber cement? Curious if it will damage the hair paint job. Question about the LWH helmet. Can the flight helmet's transparent visor work with the forehead hole? Do the ear holes work with some visor piece like o-ring V1 Joes' helmets? I ordered a sniper rifle for Metal Gear Solid and the barrel is so thin and the end has tiny holes in it. I'm afraid the thin barrel might break. It's crazy how tiny they can make the details. |

So far restocks that have arrived have all been weapons. MJ has been making posts on FB as they hit. Would you all like me to make the announcements here too?
