With arm straightened, the forearm is slightly slanted away from the body, and the forearm meatier part is towards the back. The other arm left as is is pretty straight extended. Kinda wish they put some tiny "R" and "L" on the peg or somewhere. |

How long do you dip the arm or forearm in very hot water to be able to pluck the hand or elbow off?
I read and tried 15 seconds and not very cooperative. I'm guessing the peg doesn't need to be heated since I'm guessing it's ABS. What can you do with the dress shirt or trooper forearms after you swap in rolled up sleeves? |

They're very stubborn. You have to wait until the plastic becomes a bit bendy. Best to bring the water to a complete boil, then let is sit for 30 seconds. I hope MGR updates the figures so the parts are more easily popped-off. Other toylines have developed the technology.

Do the arrow tip wrist and elbow pegs get soft too? I assumed the pegs were a harder stronger ABS.
I will try 1 to 2 minutes. Thanks. I did buy a tiny fruit fork to help grip and pry off the hands. |

I throw the figure in water in the microwave, for about 90 seconds. When he comes out, grip the hand with a washcloth so you are squeezing the wrist closed around the peg, and yank.

FWIW, I have never had an issue with MGR or CFT-DNL, although I am careful with the joints unit they are loosened up. But a retro Grunt, the plastic T-bar twisted apart.
