I recently got my hands on a couple of the ASPS; I'm having trouble with the bubble helmets, though. They just don't seem to want to fit together, and I'm afraid that if I force them they won't come apart safely. Is there a trick? Or would it be better to bore out the sockets slightly?

Haven't heard of any issues. What's the problem you're having exactly? They're not fitting together at all? Or you're not getting a perfect seal? Might be easier if you shared photos. You can also post in one of the two Fresh Monkey and Eagle Force FB groups, as probably easier to post photos there (or a video) and have quicker back and forth.

I've got four bubble helmet figures so far and haven't had any problems. One of them doesn't quite get a perfect seal on one side, but I'm not bothered and the bubble still holds together. If the head isn't too big, I prefer to slide the bubble over the head, to reduce wear and tear on the bubble pegs. But generally, they should be fine to open and close.
