I imagine the Mexican "smuggling expert" character probably won't acutally be made.
I loved these figures as a kid. Last time I visited my parents, I found gave me the bearded guy. She found him while cleaning out a storage room we have. I'll post pics later. |

Though I'd imagine a kickstarter would probably have to focus on one single Centurion and his gear...probably Ace McCloud or Jake Rockwell. A full lineup with multiple add-on packs would just seem beyond the scope of what most kickstarters are capable of...but who knows? |

Man...3.75" Centurions would be NUTS. In the best possible way.

Seeing some of the amazing customs out there, it can be done if the parts were cast (perhaps)...so fingers crossed that this somehow becomes a reality. Another line I would love to see revisited is Starcom. That said, it would have to include the magnetic gimmick. There's just so many awesome lines from that era that been forgotten, I'm sure our lists can go on for quite a few pages here. |

I seem to recall there was an indirect nod to them in that "Unit-E" comic that came out a few years back on the Convention circuit (along with MASK and Jem and Micronauts and Stretch Armstrong and...Candy Land?). Yeah, Starcom was awesome too. Very ahead of its' time and one of the best thought-out lines of that era in terms of interactivity and using the "wind up toy/magnetic pads" gimmick to it's full potential. Unfortunately they were also expensive which was in large part why they fizzled in the US.

This is awesome news. I still have a couple of Eagle Force figures from way back in the day.
