Looks like one of the characters in the trailer has a Cobra logo belt buckle

If you click on their (SyFy) preview page, it clearly states that it has everything to do with G.I.Joe, is an episode based on G.I.Joe and the project will be to create a Snake Themed Super Soldier that works for Cobra.

Good deal, I like to see them throw stuff against the wall, maybe something will stick. Exposure for the brand is a good thing.

Glenn appears to be dressed in a military sweater (a change from his usual look) and he even makes a joke about how he wants to ''take two'' so he can open one and keep the other in the box.
If that's not toy-specific enough for you, I don't know what is. Face Off is a really fun show, though, even if they do frequently make some very odd judging decisions (but hey, it's reality TV, so of course it makes no sense...)

I do agree with the top 3 selections, though I think Drew's "grounded" approach played better to the judges than it did me (still can't believe it was the "fan favorite").
Sig and Dina's both work for me on different levels, and are both effective in concept. It's really sad that this is nothing more than a weakass publicity grab from Hasbro which will have zero bearing on the GI Joe brand. The line could use a few more figures like this than another realistic soldier using the Poc SE or Shock trooper tools.

I was glad that Cig and Dina were top looks. Their work would fit right in the Gi Joe/ Cobra world.
The Oompah Loompa girl's (the one with the blue eyebrows who got eliminated) concept was strong. I like the silver mask, it was reminiscent of Destro. It could have had a good back story of Baroness after a mutation experiment. However her execution was very week and her make up looked anything but a snake.

Yes, The species is the eyelash viper. The xmas tree color is just a morph it comes in. Lot of times its green, yellow, mixed of different colors.

Good choice on the winner....would be cool to see the club make a 13th mystery figure of the winner...just saying.
