I’m starting to wonder if my opinion is correct. You guys feel free to try to change my mind. My opinion on the rocker ankles is that they take away some articulation and posing options and don’t really add enough to warrant doing that. The rockers require the feet to always be straight ahead and I’m under the impression people don’t naturally stand that way. The toes usually point slightly out. The rockers allow the feet to be flat when the legs are spread but if the knees are bent also the feet are flat already. It seems the only time the rocker would be useful is when the knees are straight and the legs spread. But that would be a pretty weird position for a military or fantasy character. The only pose I can think of that would use it would be a van damme split. If you guys find them useful in some other way, I’d dig seeing some pics. Thanks.

Oh well. Mark me down as another "I don't get the appeal of rocker ankles" vote.

I haven't seen the pics but that sounds like a good solution as long as there aren't any extra breakage issues or unwanted joint looseningthat occurs. It will be interesting to see how this holds up.

They just announced Umbrella Academy (appears to be Netflix show not sure if comic is included) for Q2 2021. Did not mention scale, but used HACKs blanks and umbrellas in announcement on FB.
