Still not sold, but beautiful photos don't change the inherent issues I have with the design. Lots of flat surfaces, as if none of the experiences with sloped armor in WWII- the basis for this world, I might add- had never happened. That aside, for someone with the testicular fortitude to cut and paint a very expensive collector's toy, some visually appealing, WWII-based mods are there for the asking.
Get it while you can, folks. I predict a sell-out, and secondary prices will likely make even proper 1:18 military vehicle collectors wince. |

what makes you choose the marine instead of desert?
from the pictures I have seen online, it seems desert fits in better with rest of the vehicles line up..i am that close to pulling the trigger just need to decide which color to go with.

Unfortunately for Monte, he didn't have much of a choice. I shipped the Marine version to him as I had not yet inspected the Sand/Desert version myself.
As we never really did a proper Marine Quad Eyes review (well, what I would consider proper anyway), I wanted to see the vehicle through Monte's eyes and I believe it's the best call I've made in a very long time. Plus, Monte's natural surroundings make the best compliment for the color scheme of the vehicle. It's been quite some time since I've lived in Detroit, so I couldn't take pictures that resemble the Acid Rain World. Now that Monte has set the bar, my goal is to mimic his "style", if you will and take pictures of the Sand Quad Eyes in "Desert Environments."

Another group of talentless shots from Monte.
Kidding dude. I loved your Sigma shots back in the day at JBL and I think your work has gotten even better. Extremely cool bro. |

Right? The guy has no photo skills what-so-ever. Next thing you know he'll be climbing mountains just to take pictures. o.O lol |

Oh man, I'm glad with what CIAD and Monte have done. I'm already waiting for my stuff to ship, and I would gladly ship out ny stuff to be reviewed by you guys (although I think the it might have already covered by CIAD).
As I said in the old thread in the Non-GIJoe section, I think 2014 ECO force would fit in nicely with the Acid Rain world. EDIT: Is it possible to take some shots with this figure ? I have one Still in package ready to be liberated.
