This one had style and was near perfect i.m.o. (10 years ago): Transformers/G.I. Joe - Transformers Wiki
Transformers/G.I. Joe - Teletraan I: the Transformers Wiki - Fall of Cybertron, War for Cybertron, Transformers: Prime, Toys, Kre-O, Rescue Bots I thought you said you wanted something realistic/conventional? The WWII one was awesome but it's the same idea as this new series: something completly out of left field and re-imagining.

I think the snake eyes loseing his voice thing will play out through the course of the book guys.
Love the art and while the dialog can be inititially a bit iritating. I think its just being playful with the source material. Making a few jokes in on the vintage hasbro universes. Quote:
There is also the issues Hasbros shareholders and the hub have had in how much gijoe promote the millitary to much. By being a little more ridiculous fighting Cobra in remote secret bases, and bizarre super science. You take a step away from the hard hitting reality of our modern worlds conflicts that can be imitated and towards doing content with interesting scifi and spy themes in pure escapism.

The art in this comic is 'cartoonish'- much like it was in the '80's so, I think this comic accomplishes a lot of what it set out to do. I like it. It will be interesting to see how the story develops.

It boils my blood when people talk about not promoting the military...not that I am suggesting you said that. There is a big difference between promoting violence and heroism. If people can not see that, that is more a reflection of them, than Joe or our military. |

Dude this is a joke ....because this book is garbage. I'm not even picking this crap up. I don't care if it's for free . I wouldn't like my 4 year old look @ it.

I like the retro colors a lot, doesn't seem like this book takes itself too seriously, looks like the team just wanted to have fun with it, plus it's for FCBD. Fine by me

They're pretty much aiming at kids with this one, and it's not for me, I can see that much. I suppose that I'll stick to the main ARAH series and Special Missions.
