Not free - we paid shipping and handling and knew about it when we signed up for the subscription - we subscribed for 13 figures for a given cost.

I got mine today as well. It isn't a bad figure. What is great about it is:
1.) a NEW ME Cobra INDIVIDUAL.
2.) Nice accessories
3.) decent kitbash parts used.
Wished he would have come with a gillie suit though. I will only collect vintage and ME, so a new character to me, but he will fit in well with the ME Cobra Organization. I might do a headswap with the greenshirt redhead Duke headsculpt figure. I think that head would fit with the Character.

POC Zartan, POC Dusty, 2008 Cobra Flint Comic pack Beach Head off the top of my head. I think there were a couple others from ROC/POC that I'm forgetting.

It's a good figure for a bonus to the Subscription and I really like that he came with accessories from Low Light.
